So it's been quite the month with a bunch of changes, but of course they are all for the better.
So lets start with the wedding of the month...It was such a beautiful wedding and of course it was so nice to see 2 of my friends get married. I really enjoy weddings because not only do I get to see one of the happiest moments of my friends life, but I get to see how each of the joining families really share in the love that the couple have for each other.
Ever seen 27 Dresses?? There is a moment in the movie when Katherine Heigl explains to someone that her favorite moment of a wedding is watching the grooms face when the love of his life walks down the aisle. I really feel as though that moment truly expresses how much he adores his new bride and all the emotions that are wrapped up in that moment. The face of the groom is without question one of the most humbling and loving expressions. Of course seeing a bride walk down the aisle is an amazing moment for anyone, because as I know, it's that one moment in a girl's life that she dreams about. Always wondering what it would look and feel like to walk down to that one person that has chosen to spend the rest of their life with you.
Of course weddings have become a second hobby of mine and so is catching the bouquet...
So with an excessive amount of dancing and and celebrating with some of my favorite people...
Cheers to the weddings in 2011!

Secondly...yesterday I finally attended my first spring training game of the season. I'm sure all of you will be able to gather as this blog goes on that I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE baseball....especially the Diamondbacks.....SOOO going to a spring training game was like Christmas in March. This past week or so has been a very challenging week emotionally, so getting out to spend time with a dear friend of mine was the best therapy! You can't beat laughing, sunshine, a nice cocktail and a concert to end the night!
A really neat/sad experience happened last night while at the concert we went to. So a few of my friends had tickets to a show called "Girl Talk"...if you've never heard of them I suggest looking them up...he's a pretty legit DJ. Anyhow, a gentleman to the right of me passed out face first into a concrete floor. It was super tragic, but my inner self within a matter of about 5 seconds realized that no one was helping him. So I became Dr. Lorén and saved the day. The guy turned out to be okay which is definately a plus. But one of the nicest things happened about 20 minutes later.
A gentleman came up to me and asked if I was a doctor. I said no, I just have medical experience and he said "I was extremely impressed by your genuine spirit to help someone whom you don't even know and I could tell you deeply cared for his well being". At that moment, I realized if a stranger has enough passion to come up to me and tell me what he thought, I knew that my passion for helping others is not only rooted within me but shows externally. That was possibly one of the biggest compliments I could have recieved from a perfect stranger.

Lastly, in a few weeks I'll be in my 7th wedding. It is being held in southern Arizona and I can't wait to see how beautiful it will be. It will be at a vineyard and apparently it overlooks beautiful landscape.
Attire is clearly important with being a part of a wedding. The bride was wonderful and let each of us pick out our own dress. Mine is a green (fern) sweetheart cut, "A" line, tea length dress....she asked us to get nude colored shoes...so obviously I had to pick the cutest shoes to go with my ever so cute dress....

We also get to do our own hair...so I've been playing around a bit with the one-sided messy bun look. Of course it will be a bit curly(ier)..but what do you think??

~One last note~
A very dear person has left us this past week and my heart has been heavy. No pictures or names will be posted due to privacy...but please keep this family in your thoughts and prayers as they deal with the loss of such a special person <3
